Warranty
12 months
On the sticks and the buttons. If something we fitted breaks within that year, we'll fix it. Inside the Netherlands we cover the shipping; beyond that we agree who does what.
Shipping
A few days to build
We only start building once you have chosen. It ships from the Netherlands to wherever you are, and you hear the shipping cost before you commit. Outside the EU you may have to pay import duties.
Trade-in
Your old one
If you are in the Netherlands and have a DualSense lying around, it takes € 15 off. Drifting sticks are fine, because those come out anyway.
Custom colours
Only what is there
Each drop is one colourway. We don't take custom requests, because that undoes the whole point of a limited run.
Drop 001
One left to go
One of drop 001 is still free, serial 9216. After that the shelf stays empty until 002, and the list hears about that first.
